A New Home Can = Less Stress
By Sue Warwick National Sales and Marketing Director of Miller Homes.
Anyone who’s moved home will tell you it can be a busy and stressful time with a million and one things to think about and to remember to do.
Where you live and house all your belongings is a huge part of life and any change will bring with it a rollercoaster of emotions.
I’m not going to say it will ever be any different but one of the great benefits of buying new is that it can ease the strain.
When buying a second hand property you need to wait for the existing occupier to vacate before you can get through the front door. With a new home this simply isn’t the case and you can move in when the funds have transferred and the property is complete.
Buying new also means you’re at the end of the chain. You’re not dependent on someone securing a property to move into before you can be certain that the home you’ve fallen in love with is really yours. Whilst your offer will of course be dependent on finance and other factors the element of ‘availability’ of the property isn’t a problem.
The equation is really very simple. Buying a property + a new home = less stress!
