Miller Homes believes in the power of TV advertising!

By Sue Warwick National Sales and Marketing Director of Miller Homes.

There’s a great advert on TV at the moment featuring a man in a hypnotherapists’s chair. Whilst under hypnosis he sings catchy jingles including ‘Just one Cornetto’ and ‘secret lemonade drinker’ as well as quoting memorable lines such as ‘Accrington Stanley who are they?’

Created by the marketing board for the main UK broadcasters it’s advertising for advertising!

Not surprisingly the producers say it’s been designed to remind advertisers of the continuing power and effectiveness of TV – and they’ve definitely proved it with some of the ads far older than we’d like to admit but somehow we still remember them.

The point is if TV can do this for these brands with the right creative and media it can do the same for other brands delivering results immediately and in the long term.

This is exactly the reason why Miller Homes has made a significant investment with its new TV advertising campaign The Optimist. Click below to view.

We’ve worked hard to create stand out from our competitors so you won’t see any people relaxing on big sofas or chatting in shiny new kitchens. Instead we’ve used the unexpected creative of animation and a message that is a direct response to purchasers’ current concerns about the affordability of housing and security of investing in property.

We’re proud to have put our money where our mouth is and demonstrate our confidence in the new housing market with this commitment. So far the response has been overwhelmingly positive and with website registrations and general enquiries on the increase the power of TV advertising is certainly providing itself with Miller Homes.
