The Miller Homes Movemaker scheme is designed to save you money and give you peace of mind while you wait to move into your new Miller home. As soon as you choose the home you want to buy, Movemaker can be put into operation.

How it works:

Movemaker is a comprehensive service, to help your house sale go smoothly, that costs you absolutely nothing.

When you opt for Movemaker we guarantee that the price of your chosen Miller home won't go up.

We will appoint local estate agents to provide two free valuations of your present property. They will talk to you about which items, such as carpets and kitchen units, you may want to include in the sale.

Based on these valuations, we will agree with you a price and a marketing strategy for your property. We will arrange a comprehensive advertising campaign, and give you regular progress reports.

We will ensure that your property is aggressively marketed by an estate agent for at least eight weeks (which we may extend if we feel the level of interest in your property warrants it). When the sale is concluded (or if for any reason a sale cannot be completed) we will pay all the agent's fees and advertising costs.
