Miller Homes has scooped seven prestigious industry awards in just five weeks, including the highly coveted Silver accolade at the 2004 What House? Awards in the category of "Best Volume Housebuilder".

The company's winning streak kicked off in October with the Building Homes Quality Awards 2004 where Miller Homes took home two trophies, coming out on top in the categories of "Most Creative Marketing Award" and "Best IT Innovation" in recognition of the outstanding Miller Homes websites.

Miller Homes' strong online presence was singled out for praise once more at the International Property Awards where the team picked up the five star "Best Developer Website" award, and again at the Your New Home Awards where the website was named "Best Internet Site".

The Your New Home Awards also saw Miller's Glasgow based Lancefield Quay development was acknowledged as the "Best City Development".

The company received a further accolade at the "APA Customer Magazine Awards" its customer magazine Spaces was named "Most Effective Consumer Publication", in recognition of the way it creates an effective communication link between Miller Homes and its customer, making every reader feel both valued and important.

The company's successful awards run climaxed at the What House? Magazine Awards, the acclaimed "Oscars" of the housebuilding industry. Miller Homes was highly praised by What House? for a successful year which has seen the progression of its South of England region and also the construction of a variety of remarkable developments in a range of architectural styles.

In particular, Miller Homes was recognised for its commitment to customer service and forward thinking approach to the customer buying experience. The judges noted that the team's extensive research and creative marketing campaign, which monitors the feelings that homebuyers go through during the process of buying a house, provides excellent support and guidance in order to make the experience significantly easier to deal with.
