New beginnings Birkacre Park

New beginnings Birkacre Park

New homes from Miller

Monique Kay and her husband Andy had always dreamed of starting a family in tranquil environment, so when the opportunity came to buy a brand new home surrounded by stunning greenery at Miller Homes’ Birkacre Park development, the couple jumped at the opportunity. Soon after moving in, Monique was thrilled to find out she was expecting baby Caitlin.

The couple fell in love with the development in Chorley, which is filled with cobbled streets, vintage street lighting and a communal pond. After looking at the range of homes on offer, Monique and her husband soon decided the three bedroom Kipling had everything they needed to start family life in a new home.

The Kipling is bursting with character with its unique and quirky layout. A key attraction to the home was the French doors in the living room and kitchen which both open on to a beautiful garden, creating a welcoming location for family and friends to get together.

Monique comments; “From the moment we visited the Birkacre Park development we instantly fell in love with the place. It was really important we found a home which was in a tranquil location surrounded by greenery but one that would also suit our busy lifestyles. We were instantly attracted to the Kipling, as it was different to other traditional homes we had previously seen.”

The couple were looking for a new home which would support family life and was in a good location. Birkacre Park ticked all the right boxes with its great local amenities such as schools and shops as well as offering somewhere for children to play in a safe environment. The development is also close to motorway links giving easy access to places of work across the north West.

Monique continues: “When we bought the house we were really excited to start a family so it was important to find a home which was close to schools and had a place for children to play in a safe environment. The communal pond is great as we can take Caitlin for a walk to feed the ducks right on our doorstep.”
