Love Thy Neighbour...

Love Thy Neighbour...

NW case study main

Garreth Broadley, his wife Rebekah and their three daughters, Mia (10), Ava (6) and Lucy (3) had always wanted to live close to their family, so when the opportunity came to buy a brand new home right next door to Garreth’s parents they jumped at the opportunity.

The couple spotted the three bedroom Elgar on the Miller Home development in Heysham. The Elgar is perfect for family living with a flexible living space including a spacious kitchen and cleverly joined living and dining areas. With an integrated garage, double doors onto the garden as well as light and airy rooms the home was an instant hit with the family.

Garreth commented: “We’re a close family and often talked about buying a large house together. When we all visited the Millers Green development we soon realised there was an excellent opportunity to buy two plots next door to each other and share gardens.

“As soon as we viewed our house we instantly fell in love with the layout and how it allows us to spend lots of time together but also keep our own privacy. The development is also in a great location for all three generations as we have everything on our doorstep from great schools for the kids through to the convenient amenities of Morecambe and excellent transport links for work.”

Bordered with farmland and within walking distance to the seafront and picturesque village of Heysham, the Millers Green development is perfect for families. The development offers a community feel and has easy access to shops, schools and the M6, providing access to workplaces across the region.

Garreth concluded: “We love living in Heysham with its proximity to the beach and promenade for an evening stroll or family bike ride. We chose a Miller home as they had a high specification and we felt the quality of the build was better than any other builds in the area.”
