What is a low carbon home?

Miller Homes’ low carbon new homes at Pinnacle aim to produce minimal net carbon emissions. This means they’ve been carefully designed to be highly energy efficient, in line with the Government’s Code for Sustainable Homes, which was created to combat rising carbon emissions in the UK.
There are 6 official Code ratings, Levels 1 to 6, where 6 is fully zero-carbon. The new homes at Pinnacle are aiming for levels 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
