The David Lloyd centre at Great Sankey, less than two miles away, includes a swimming-pool, and there are seven golf-courses within a five-mile radius.

Entertainment
Warrington has a lively choice of cultural attractions and entertainments, including The Pyramid, a superb new arts centre that presents a varied programme of music, drama, dance, comedy and exhibitions. For younger people, the Giggles Playmill children’s activity centre is nearby and the town’s famous Gulliver’s World incorporates a succession of themed areas set in beautiful natural surroundings. There are bowling and cinema facilities within a short distance of Urban Space, and the town has a good range of bars and restaurants, many of them just minutes away.

Health
There are several GP surgeries, dentists and pharmacists within a few minutes’ walk of the development.

Shopping
There is a good choice of local food and drink shops in the area around the development, including an Asda and Sainsbury’s within walking distance. Warrington town centre has an excellent and varied range of shops, including one of the largest indoor markets in the North-West, with over 250 stalls open every weekday. The town’s Golden Square retail centre, which already has over 100 units, including Marks & Spencer, BHS and Next, is currently undergoing a major redevelopment, designed to double its size and incorporate a flagship Debenhams store.

Schools
There is a choice of five primary schools within half a mile of the development, and several secondary schools within walking distance.

Transport
There is a bus-stop immediately outside the development, and Warrington Central Station is only around half a mile away. The development is within easy reach of the M6, bringing Liverpool, Manchester and many other centres into commuting range. Liverpool and Manchester Airports are both around 30 minutes’ drive away.
