From the A38 northbound
Stay on the A38 past the turnoff for Barton-under-Needwood, passing beneath a flyover, and leave at the next major junction, signposted for Burton-on-Trent. Take the third exit to join the A5121, and carry on along Wellington Road (A5121) through the next two roundabouts. At the third roundabout, take the first exit to enter Shobnall Road (B5017). Leave the next roundabout by the third exit to stay on Shobnall Road, then take the third right turn after the roundabout to enter Shobnall Street. The entrance to Abbey Fields is on the left, a little over half-a-mile on.
From the A38 southbound
Stay on the A38 through the junctions with the A50 and the A5132, and at the next junction leave the A38 by the slip road to join the A5121 following signs for Burton-on-Trent. Stay on the A5121 for just over two miles, passing through two roundabouts, then at the Derby Turn roundabout take the fourth exit to enter Horninglow Road (A511). After around 500 yards turn left into Victoria Crescent, then at the crossroads around 500 yards on turn right into Dallow Street. Take the second left into Shobnall Street, and the entrance to Abbey Fields is on the right.
