Westfields brings a lively and desirable new residential neighbourhood to the city of Wolverhampton. Just a short distance from the city centre, and in easy reach of the rail and motorway networks, it offers both a peaceful retreat
and a convenient base for the commuter.

Leisure
The city centre offers a vibrant mixture of leisure, cultural and sporting activities, and it has a lively nightlife with a varied selection of pubs and clubs, theatres, cinemas and live music. Wolverhampton is also unusual in having three race venues, for horses, greyhounds and speedway. Attractions close to Westfields include Bantock House, a fine Edwardian mansion standing in beautiful parkland and recently restored gardens, with exhibitions devoted to Wolverhampton’s industrial past and some of the city’s finest examples of decorative arts. There is also an excellent outdoor adventure playground nearby at Ettingshall, supervised by professional play staff, and the sports centre at Colton Hills School has swimming and sports facilities open to the public.

Shopping
There is a range of retailers in Parkfield Road, Birmingham New Road and the other streets around Westfields, including food and drink shops, convenience stores, newsagents, chemists and a post office. Wolverhampton is an attractive shopping destination with an exciting assortment of specialist retailers and high street names. The traditional outdoor market has recently been supplemented
by a monthly farmers’ market, and the more modern shopping environments include the renowned, and newly refurbished, Wulfrun Centre.

Transport
Westfields has easy access to the M6 which links to the M5 and M54, bringing Telford, Birmingham and Coventry into commuting range. Midlands Metro provides a rapid service between Wolverhampton and Birmingham, with a station at Bilston, and there are excellent local bus services. Birmingham Airport is around half an hour’s drive away, and Wolverhampton has its own Business Airport for domestic flights.
