Green Gardens Grove
On the outskirts of Dunfermline and close to the picturesque Fife coast, Duloch is quickly becoming one of the most popular residential areas in Scotland's ancient capital. Beautifully landscaped and fringed by woodland planting, the development is adjacent to a major supermarket and in easy commuting range of Edinburgh, blending a peaceful ambience with enormous convenience.

Location
Once the capital of Scotland, Dunfermline combines a fascinating history with a thoroughly modern outlook and excellent amenities.

Leisure
Dunfermline's rich heritage is reflected in its many historic sites and buildings, including the Abbey and the award-winning Abbott's House museum. To counterpoint the past, however, it is also the location of Fife Leisure Park, a 35-acre site around half a mile from the Green Gardens Grove development. The Park already includes a 10-screen cinema, fast-food restaurants and a Bannatyne's health club with a 25-metre swimming pool, sauna, fully-equipped gym, aerobics studios and a health and beauty salon. The Park is still growing, with current plans for a bowling arcade and family-friendly bars and restaurants. Local amenities include Pitreavie Golf Course and the fascinating Deep Sea World, just under the northern landfall of the Forth Road Bridge. For walkers and cyclists, there are many green areas to explore, including the vast Pittencrieff Park on the other side of Dunfermline.

Shopping
There is a major Tesco store next to the development, making it extremely convenient to stock up on the essentials. Dunfermline town centre is a delightful place to shop, with its range of picturesque lanes, covered arcades and malls, including the large Kingsgate Centre, offering a wide choice of local independent traders and high-street names.

Transport
Green Gardens Grove is roughly two miles from the M90, bringing both central Edinburgh and the airport within around half an hour's drive. The new Queen Margaret railway station is less than a mile away, and the local bus services run along Aberdour Road, alongside the development.
