Cavendish Gardens
With its attractive layout and landscaping, and its exceptional location close to the A568 and convenient for the whole of the surrounding area from Liverpool to Manchester, this superb selection of prestigious modern homes creates a perfect commuter base for the north west.

Location

The current project to revitalise the waterfront area will bring new life to this vibrant and attractive Merseyside town.

Leisure
Around a mile from Cavendish Gardens, the JJB Fitness Club includes a superb swimming pool, gym, aerobic studios and hot spas. Further swimming and sports facilities can be found at the Kingsway Leisure Centre and at Widnes Health, Leisure and Squash Club. There is a fine parkland golf course in the town, tennis courts and a skate park at Victoria Park, and the long corridor of woodland, meadows and water features at Sankey Valley Park, less than five miles away, provides endless opportunities for walking and cycling. Widnes has a newly refurbished library and a fascinating museum and activity centre, Catalyst, exploring the science of chemistry in a lively and accessible way. The town offers a wide variety of bars and restaurants, and the planned regeneration will bring new leisure amenities and open spaces to the waterfront. The cinemas, theatres and other entertainment and cultural attractions of the surrounding towns are also within easy reach.

Shopping
There is a good range of local shops catering for everyday needs in Derby Road, within a few minutes’ walk of Cavendish Gardens. Widnes has a traditional town centre with a mixture of high street names and specialist shops, indoor and outdoor markets and a covered mall. The larger centres of nearby St Helens and Warrington add even greater variety.
