And, at Salford Quays, fascinating museums and galleries sit alongside watersport amenities, a cinema and an excellent choice of bars and restaurants.
Shopping
Monton Road, just yards from the development, is the Village’s main shopping area, covering all everyday needs. The selection ranges from food and drink and convenience stores, through to restaurants, take-aways, hairdressers, chemists, a post office and a wide variety of specialist retailers and services. It is also within close proximity to the Trafford Centre and West One Retail Park.
Transport
Close to the M60 and M62, Monton is a great base for commuting throughout the Manchester area or west to Liverpool. The area has excellent public transport links, with several buses passing along Monton Road, and a local train station and a Metrolink station less than half a mile away.
