For an even wider selection, Salford Shopping City, around two miles from Greenwood, creates a modern retail environment, with fashion outlets, banks and building societies, restaurants and supermarkets, including Tesco and Iceland. And, by way of contrast, the nearby traditional open-air market contains over 100 stalls with a wonderful assortment of goods for sale.
Greenwood is also less than two miles from the flagship Trafford Park shopping mall, which includes over 200 retail outlets, including large branches of Selfridges, Debenhams and a major John Lewis store.
Transport
The development is just a few minutes' drive from the M602, which not only offers rapid travel to central Manchester, it also gives access to the M60, M61 and M62 motorway network, and brings Warrington and Liverpool into commuting range. Greenwood is close to good bus services, as well as being five minutes away from a Metro Station, allowing access into the Quays and Manchester city centre.
