From the North
Follow the A19 to the south of Sunderland. Around two-and-a-half miles beyond its junction with the A690, turn left into Seaton Lane and carry straight ahead into Lord Byron’s Walk. Follow the curve to the right as the road follows the shoreline. At the first roundabout, take the second exit to head inland.
From the South
Leave the north-bound A19 on the outskirts of Murton to join the B1285 for approximately one mile. At the second roundabout, take the third exit to join the B1287 (the Graham Way). At the next roundabout, take the fourth exit to join New Stangford Road and bear left into Tempest Road. At the T-junction, turn left into North Road and at the roundabout, take the first exit to head inland.
