From Nottingham
Leave central Nottingham by London Road (A60) and at the traffic lights around half a mile beyond the London Road roundabout turn left to join the A6011. Follow the A6011 round the sharp left turn into Meadow Lane and at the next lights turn right across Lady Bay Bridge. Stay on the A6011 (Radcliffe Road) for around two miles and, at the roundabout, take the first exit to join the A52 then, approximately a mile and a half on, at the traffic lights turn right into Stragglethorpe Road. Take the next right turn and keep straight on to enter Cotgrave by Main Road, then turn right into Plumtree Road. After approximately quarter of a mile, the development is on the right.
From Leicester
Leave Leicester by the A607 (Melton Road), taking the second exit at the Melton Road Roundabout to stay on the A67, and at the next roundabout take the second exit to join the A46. Stay on the A46 for just over 14 miles, then turn left into Owthorpe Road. Carry on for around a mile and a half, then at the T-junction turn left into Plumtree Road. The development is on the right, around 200 yards on.
