Trinity Park
In attractive countryside on the western edge of Barrow-upon-Soar, a bustling village close to Loughborough and exceptionally convenient for the commuter, Trinity Park is a wonderful place to put down roots in a mature community. Beautifully landscaped, with a wonderful sense of space, these superb contemporary homes are destined to become a popular and desirable neighbourhood.

Location
With its colourful houseboats lined up along the riverbank and its lively community life, Barrow-upon-Soar has something for everyone.

Leisure
The network of walks around the village and its surrounding countryside form an excellent introduction to Barrow. The ‘Fossil Trail’ in particular provides an entertaining primer in village history, while the many longer walks along the River Soar and the Grand Union Canal, and through nearby Charnwood Forest with its country parklands, offer endless pleasure as the seasons change. Barrow has a library and a choice of traditional pubs, and there is a wide choice of sports clubs and societies based around the Humphrey Perkins High School, where there is a swimming-pool and community centre. The nearby Soar Valley Leisure centre includes a 25m swimming-pool and a fitness studio, and the short trip into Loughborough, with its large student population, brings a wide range of live entertainment and nightlife into reach.

Shopping
The village shopping centre in the High Street includes traditional butchers and bakers, a small supermarket, a newsagent, a pharmacy and an off-licence, and there is a good selection of hairdressers and other local traders. Loughborough town centre offers a wider range of high-street names and specialist retailers, many of them based in Carillion Court, covered shopping centre. The town hosts a popular street market twice a week and a farmers’ market twice a month.

Transport
Close to the A6 and with its own local rail station, Barrow has excellent transport links, by bus and train, with Loughborough, Leicester and many smaller towns in the area. Nottingham East Midlands Airport is around 15 miles away.
