Just a few minutes’ walk from the bustling town centre of Loughborough, with its unique blend of historic buildings, traditional markets and a stimulating student atmosphere, All Saints Corner introduces contemporary apartment living into an endlessly fascinating, and exceptionally convenient, urban setting.

Midway between Leicester and Nottingham, Loughborough is a perfect base for the whole of the East Midlands.

Leisure
All Saints Corner, in the heart of the town, is ideally positioned for access to Loughborough’s many amenities, including the Curzon Cinema and the Charnwood Theatre in the Town Hall, which presents a varied programme of drama, dance and music. The town offers a lively mixture of arts and cultural activities, museums and galleries, such as the Old Rectory Museum, which traces its origins back to 1228, Charnwood Museum with its focus on the social and natural history of the area, and the world’s largest bell foundry. Loughborough University also hosts public concerts and other events. There are several gyms and leisure centres, including the Charnwood Leisure Centre with its large fitness studio, and an excellent sports centre in Loughborough College. Outdoor attractions include the beautiful 19th century Whatton Gardens, with diverse walks through the area’s woodlands and valleys. Many fine golf courses are also within easy reach.

Shopping
Loughborough’s shopping area is based around the pedestrianised Market Place, where a large, outdoor market is held twice a week. There is also a smaller, weekly flea market on the site. Modern shopping centres with a wide selection of high-street names can be found at Carillon Court and The Rushes.

Transport
All Saints Corner is less than four miles from the M1, and within commuting range of Nottingham, Leicester and Birmingham. The railway station is just a short walk from the development, and there are good local bus services. Nottingham East Midlands Airport is less than 30 minutes’ drive away.
