Trainee Sales Adviser

The successful candidate will undergo a full training programme and will be developed on the Miller Homes standards and processes as applied within the Sales function. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate experience of customer facing or other sales related roles although not necessarily from the housing sector. You will be a proficient user of IT (MS office suite) and any experience with a CRM system is desirable.
You will genuinely enjoy dealing with people, establishing their needs and demonstrating how our new homes are designed. You will need to have a bright and friendly personality, have a passion for selling and be totally committed to customer care. In addition you must be able to commute to sites and be prepared to work weekends.
