The main focus of the role will be to provide the leadership and strategic thinking to ensure the Regional sales team delivers the sales targets and objectives set for it by the Regional business. As Head of Sales, You will be expected to provide direction and expertise in the area of sales and marketing, having an exceptional eye for development opportunities and a complete understanding of the sales process. In addition, you will provide support with the identification of new sites, input on the design layouts and oversee the marketing of these sites across the Region. You will be responsible for the setting of, and maintaining high standards of the sales team, as well as identification of training and development, as required.
Whilst having the enthusiasm and determination to succeed, your leadership and management skills are also of paramount importance. As a skilled communicator you will also possess the values and beliefs consistent with the organisation and maintain exemplary personal and professional standards. The successful candidate will ideally have extensive experience of private house sales, and be an exceptional leader and motivator of a predominantly site based team.
