Miller Homes engage apprentices as part of our Employee Development Strategy.
Apprentice opportunities are available in two distinct areas of our business:
• Trade apprentices e.g. bricklayers and joiners where we work with our supply chain partners to create and support these opportunities
• Professional apprentices e.g. technical, commercial, sales and production where we will recruit and employ trainees across these disciplines and provide on-job and, if necessary, off-job training
Our aim of bringing apprentices into the business is to address the shortage of skilled workers within the housebuilding industry and to provide a pathway for talent to be identified and developed for the medium and long term benefit of Miller Homes. Furthermore, we are committed to maximising opportunities for apprenticeships in locations we are delivering projects.
