You may already have some ideas about what you want for your home. Or maybe you’re looking for some inspiration. If you reserve your plot early enough you’ll be able to make your choice from a wide range of fixtures, fittings and extras.
If work is already well under way on your house, it might not be possible to build in some of the options and extras from our list. Your Sales Adviser/Options Adviser will be able to help you, and will keep you updated on the progress of your house in any case. Remember, if you add a lot of options, these may not be reflected in the value your lender places upon your home.
