There is much cause for business optimism in Yorkshire as leading housebuilder Miller Homes announces the opening of three new developments across the region during 2013.
The new developments located at Normanton, Lindley and Drighlington will see over 350 new homes brought to the region. It is the largest number of developments the Yorkshire region has launched in one year in recent times, giving rise to increased confidence in the market.
“Miller Homes has established itself as one of the leading housebuilders in the region, and in the UK, and this continued investment and growth will allow us to keep delivering quality, affordable homes to our buyers, helping to address the country’s need for more housing,” commented Steve McElroy sales director Miller Homes Yorkshire.
“Our Land and Planning team are constantly working behind the scenes to source new land which suits the Miller Homes portfolio and we are delighted with the variety and desirability of the new places in which we can soon be offering our range of properties and financial assistance for potential buyers.
The developments vary greatly in size and specification which demonstrates Miller Homes’ ability to provide homes for people from all walks of life.
Altofts in Normanton and Drighlington will provide homes for local people in the heart of the existing, thriving community whilst Lindley, will see the construction of a larger housing development on the edge of the picturesque town.
“The entire Miller Homes team works hard to create homes and developments that suit the requirements of today’s buyers,” said Steve. “To this end we always ensure that we build homes suited to the local market which allow local residents to take a first step onto the property ladder or allow those moving up to do so with ease.”
Miller Homes offers a range of purchase initiatives designed to help buyers including the Government backed FirstBuy and NewBuy schemes as well as its own initiatives, such as Home Exchange.
Current Miller Homes properties in Yorkshire range from two bedroom apartments priced from just £75,500 to four bedroom executive homes.
