Both the houses and the Limekiln View development are family friendly
Our house was reasonably priced, it was good value for money
For the money you pay, you get quite a big house and we know that the price will only go up. It was the best deal on the market and it’s a good investment. You get a two year guarantee as well so you’re covered if anything goes wrong whereas if something goes wrong in a second hand home then it’s down to you to sort it out. We had more concerns about buying a second hand home than we did a brand new home as everything is new and done for you.
There’s plenty of space for our children to play
We love the size of the living room, we have a young family and it’s where we spend the majority of our time. The bedrooms are all a decent size as well. I like the width of the hallways too, they work well for a family especially with things like pushchairs.
Limekiln View is a family friendly development
It’s mostly young families on our street and everyone seems quite nice. We have a 14 month old daughter and there will be loads of young kids for her to play with when she grows up. We wanted to live in this area as it’s close to Wellington which is where our daughter goes to school as well as where we work. Wellington centre is within walking distance and the town centre is just up the road as well. It’s close to all the amenities and it’s not too far from the train station as well.
I would definitely recommend Miller Homes because...
...if you ever have a problem they’re always really helpful and get back to you really quickly. It’s good value for money and I think Limekiln View is a good estate. A lot of my friends are starting families and there are a lot of young children around for them to grow up with.
